This means providing advice without bias or conflicts of interest. An independent construction client advisor acts as a neutral party, focusing on achieving the client’s best interests and goals.

We are independent and can provide impartial advice, as we are often not involved in the project design as the design party. This allows us to focus solely on optimizing and addressing the project and the client’s needs. This process is carried out in collaboration with the client’s other consultants and contractors on the project, where we act in the client’s best interests.

Interim & Advisory

In selected situations, KabelChristensen not only acts as Client Advisor but may also assume temporary interim or advisory roles with close integration into the client’s organisation. This is particularly relevant in projects or portfolios characterised by high complexity, significant financial exposure, or a need for enhanced decision-making capacity.

The role may include:

  • Temporary technical leadership (e.g. Interim Technical Director or Project Director)
  • Strategic advisory support to executive management or the board of directors
  • Technical and contractual advisory services in connection with transactions, due diligence processes, and major decision milestones
  • Strengthening of governance, risk management, and decision discipline on the client side

All assignments are clearly defined in terms of responsibility, mandate, and duration and are performed as an independent and impartial capacity, without any affiliation to suppliers or other consultants.
