The company was founded in 2014 with the aim of assisting all stakeholders in the construction industry in gaining a better understanding of each other’s needs and expectations – thereby creating “successful projects” that all parties can be proud of.
KABELCHRISTENSEN is a strategic and independent client advisory firm, led by Tom Kabel Christensen. With Tom’s extensive background as a client, advisor in both architectural and engineering firms, and experience as a total, general, and specialist contractor, we offer a unique and in-depth understanding of the construction industry.
This experience adds significant value to construction projects, as we have the ability to “speak multiple languages” and communicate knowledge across disciplines. We understand all phases of the construction process as well as the roles and collaboration between the parties involved.
Our project management approach is based on ensuring that all stakeholders achieve success through collaboration and mutual understanding of needs and expectations – to deliver the best possible project within the agreed contractual framework.
KABELCHRISTENSEN delivers services to a wide range of private and public clients as well as international funds and investors investing in various types of construction projects and existing properties in Denmark.
The project sizes range from smaller projects to major developments exceeding DKK 1 billion.
KABELCHRISTENSEN provides reporting in either Danish or English, depending on the client’s preference.

How we solve assignments

KABELCHRISTENSEN collaborates with selected consultants and firms and always assembles the “team” from the most competent technical profiles within the construction and consultancy sector.
All professionals forming part of the team have a minimum of 15 years of industry experience within construction or consultancy – or have achieved specialized knowledge in their field within a shorter time frame.
For each assignment, we carefully assess which resources are needed to best address the specific project requirements – in close cooperation with the client.
