Projectdescription
Domea Randers is constructing 73 apartments in a block of flats spread over 4 floors. Access to the apartments is via walkways located towards a common courtyard.
In addition to apartments, the building includes a community hall, communal workshops, storage rooms, green courtyards, communal greenhouses, walkways with growing areas in the form of allotment gardens, and communal rooftop terraces, all contributing to enhancing the social sustainability among neighbors.
The design is crafted following the “atrium principle” with an embedded green courtyard, where the building steps down from four stories in the north to 1 story in various levels with green roof terraces. Facades are made of red brick with different grout colors, with balconies & windows in gray aluminum
