Projectdescription
The development is located on the old factory site, which previously housed the well-known Falbe-Hansen textile factory.
The area, Falbe Parken, is a tribute to one of Randers’ largest historical companies, G. Falbe-Hansens textile factory, founded in 1872 and located on the site from 1962 to 2007.
The company was Denmark’s largest and last men’s clothing factory, and the impressive story of three generations of Falbe-Hansen, seamstresses, and tailors who worked tirelessly every day to maintain the high, well-known quality, is continued in the new developments. Thus, the development 1956 Moesgaard-Nielsen pays tribute to the third director of the company.
The project is carried out as a multi-storey building with brown brick, white staircases, balconies and columns, as well as white walkways, elevators and staircase towers. The homes are light-filled, modern residences, constructed with solid materials and energy-saving structures.
