In connection with August Faller’s acquisition of the former Makita property — comprising office and warehouse facilities — a visual technical due diligence has been conducted to support the purchase and subsequent conversion of the property.

The purpose of the conversion is to adapt the building to meet August Faller’s production needs, as the company specializes in manufacturing packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

As part of the due diligence process, relevant materials from public archives regarding the property’s previous use, building permit documentation, and other technical records have also been collected and reviewed.
