Reconstruction Following Fire Damage
Due to extensive fire damage, part of an existing building was so severely affected that complete reconstruction of the damaged section was necessary.
The reconstructed area covers approximately 440 m². Additionally, the project includes the repair of secondary damages across approximately 1,100 m² of adjacent areas caused by the fire and the subsequent vacancy of the former tenant, as well as adaptations related to the conversion for a new tenant.
The building is reconstructed to the same extent and using materials and construction types corresponding to the original structure, adapted to meet current requirements under the Danish Building Regulations (BR18).
