The portfolio consists of three properties comprising a total of 320 residential units – including renovated, converted, and newly constructed buildings.
The residential units include:
One newly constructed development consisting of 6 buildings with varying heights (2–5 storeys), totaling 241 residential units across 16,186 m²
One new development in two phases – Phase 1 with 35 townhouses and Phase 2 with 28 semi-detached houses (14 double townhouses)
One renovation and conversion project involving the transformation of an existing commercial building into 17 residential units and 3 commercial leases
