of damage to the surrounding buildings and terrain, which have sustained damage before, during, and after the sewer renovation works.<\/p><p>The assessed types of damage primarily include cracking, settlement, and vibration-related damage.<\/p><p>At this stage, the causes of the damage remain unclear, and it cannot be conclusively determined whether they are the result of the sewer works or other factors.<\/p><p>As part of the clarification process, an independent review of the available technical documentation has been carried out, along with visual inspections of the affected properties and surrounding areas, with the aim of assessing any correlation between work processes, supervision practices, and nature, causes, and extent of the damage.<\/p><p><strong>The technical documentation reviewed includes, among other items: <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Contract basis and tender documents<\/li><li>\u00a712 notifications, including pre-construction building condition surveys<\/li><li>Supervision records, including:<br>\u00b7 Geotechnical reports and supervision documentation<br>\u00b7 Vibration monitoring data and reports<br>\u00b7 Quality assurance of groundwater lowering operations<\/li><li>Historical records from public sources<\/li><li>Damage reports submitted to relevant insurance companies (building insurance and contractor&#8217;s all-risk insurance)<\/li><li>Repair quotations for recorded damage<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9f2f33 e-con-full
